Candidate must have experience of RedHat (7,8,9) Linux troubleshoot OS/provisioning related issues. Candidate should have experience how to develop/update Chef cookbooks, troubleshoot Chef cookbook execution issues. Work experience with DevOps tools like Git, Bitbucket, JIRA & Confluence. Candidate should know how to create (groovy)/update/troubleshoot/execute Jenkins pipelines. Candidate must have experience of shell scripting. Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP basic services (like EC2, AMI, Blob storage, Snapshot, EBS, IAM etc.) should be additional help.

Harmonize Provisioning

Troubleshoot the harmonize linux provisioning issues in cloud & On-prem environments. Chef

Update Chef cookbooks. Troubleshoot Chef related issues on linux servers. OS Images

Quarterly OS image release in cloud & On-prem. Update new features, enhancements, requirements in OS image Jenkins pipeline. Troubleshoot OS image Jenkins pipeline issues. Monthly RHEL OS patch bundle release/test in IC-China. Migrate AWS/Azure OS image Jenkins pipeline to Kenvue. Linux support

Troubleshoot Linux OS issues in SCM environment. Involved in setup/testing of Centrify product in IC-China. Automate day-to-day SCM operational tasks via Jenkins pipeline, Shell scripts etc. Troubleshoot Linux build server issues. Documentation

Update/create Confluence documents. Review Design documents, SOP's etc.
