We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support medium-scale projects and system enhancements, focusing on integrating core applications with Salesforce. This role will drive transformational and strategic solutions by gathering and defining system scope and objectives based on user needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with vendor partners, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and system optimization. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements for projects and system enhancements. Act as a liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and project alignment. Formulate and design system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes. Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential solution options, supporting their resolution from development through production deployment. Provide Salesforce subject matter expertise and guidance to project team members. Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including waterfall and agile methodologies. Conduct operational support turnover activities, including creating Quick Reference Guides, Standard Operating Procedures, and other job aids. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies when carrying out job functions. Build strong working relationships with IT teams, stakeholders, business units, and senior management. Perform special duties and other projects as assigned. Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Hands-on experience gathering requirements for at least one complete Salesforce project that involved integrations. Strong ability to write business requirements and functional specifications, translating complex business needs into technical specifications. Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (waterfall and agile). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the insurance industry P&C sector or Insurtech. Insurance-related certifications are a plus.
