Ubique Architects is an award-winning architectural practice based in Rochester, Kent. We are a friendly, collaborative, and design-led studio. We have some exciting ongoing commissions and are looking to grow our team.
We are looking for RIBA qualified Architects to work on a range of exciting schemes across the residential, education and commercial sectors with a focus on the delivery of master planning and detailed development of large residential projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career within an established practice. There is also opportunity to progress into management positions within the practice
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent design experience and be able to work as part of a team to lead projects including the management of clients, consultants and a small team of assistants within the office.
Candidates will ideally have:
Approximately 2 – 5 years post Part 3 qualification and ARB registered AutoCAD experience is essential Revit experience would be an advantage (Training provided if not) Ability to work as part of a team Good experience in dealing with clients, planning department and external consultants.
