Pay or shift range: $50,000 USD to $70,000 USD

Summary:

Our Baltimore or Boston office is looking for a Political Coordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Mid-Atlantic and New England Regional Office. This position will help encourage greater political engagement and administrative support across the region, working with the political & development departments. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Research and Reporting Track and report on relevant political giving data, including FEC giving for prospects Conduct research on congressional races Create, maintain and analyze Salesforce reports and data Research, gather and deliver political information requested by political activists Maintain up-to-date political bios and intros for members of Congress Events Create, manage and track political fundraising events through the AIPAC PAC portal Coordinate logistics of lay leaders lobbying meetings, caucus meetings and Meet & Greets with Members of Congress Coordinate logistics for political events and group meetings Assist with scheduling and organizing of donor, candidate and lobbying meetings Assist with recruitment for summits, trainings and national conferences Track legislative efforts and congressional statements and actions Send targeted Action Alerts and other related emails Track data on mobilization actions taken by activists. Other Responsible for all administrative support for regional political team. Monitor local news outlets for political news relevant to the region Other duties as assigned by Regional Political Director Qualifications & Skills: Passion for a strong U.S. – Israel relationship a must Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience Excellent written and communication skills Experience with planning and executing events Experience on political campaigns or with elected official offices a plus Strong attention to detail; excellent organizational and time planning skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines Must be a self-starter Posting Instructions: Please provide cover letter with resume to be considered.
