Position Description:
3 Squared Technology Group is looking for an individual that will have the following responsibilities:
Create, design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.
Consistently design, code, and debug test software (unit test/automation) that delivers results without direct supervision.
Work with the engineering team to convert manual testing practices into automated checks where possible.
Devise test strategies to adequately cover requirements, develop high-level test scenarios that implement the strategy, and elaborate scenarios into detailed test cases.
Perform regression testing and debugging to directly verify code patches and bug fixes.
Analyze and document test results and create detailed defect reports.
Be an advocate for QA and SDETs, helping to rethink and improve processes and metrics.
Stay updated on the latest frameworks and tools, attaining technical knowledge and business-related skills.
Understand the flow of code and how it interacts with other components.
Create reusable scripts/tools upon demand.
Be proficient in both functional and non-functional areas of testing.
Provide bug reports and collaborate with the team.
Write unit test coverage of the code.
Refine code quality by conducting rigorous and in-depth source code reviews as well as monitoring the testability of the code.
Experience Preferred:
Healthcare experience, preferably Medicaid or CHIP.
Education Required:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience.
Additional Information:
100% onsite in Montgomery, AL. No remote work will be considered.
