We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Lightning to join our Salesforce Platform Development team. Reporting to the IT team lead, this role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, integrating third-party applications, and ensuring system scalability, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and best practices, with a strong ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop solutions based on established requirements • Demonstrate product functionality as needed • Document standard operating procedures and best practices • Ensure system correctness, reliability, auditability, scalability, redundancy, and security • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce team, including code reviews and requirements analysis • Work collaboratively within the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) team • Support integration of Salesforce with third-party applications and platforms • Perform mass data integration and handling where applicable • Interpret and implement roadmap plans and enterprise-level architecture • Execute other duties as assigned by the Salesforce Manager and Team Lead Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • 10+ years of relevant professional experience • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including SOQL/SOSL, jQuery, APEX, and Visualforce • Strong understanding of Salesforce development practices, SDLC methodologies, and structured development tools (Salesforce DX preferred) • Expertise in Salesforce integration with third-party applications • Deep knowledge of security concepts including authentication, SSL, and SSO • Strong understanding of integration patterns, including SOAP/REST web services, APIs, batch processes, connectors, and middleware • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work individually and collaboratively Preferred Qualifications • Experience in relational database management systems • Experience with mass data integration tools (Informatica, etc.) • Experience working in an Agile development environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor team members and build consensus Certifications • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Preferred)
