ServiceNow Architect (HRSD, LSD) Location - Remote Duration - 6 months with the possibilityof extension Our client, a leading IT Consulting organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join their team remotely on a six-month contract. Leveraging your skills in Legal Services Delivery (LSD) and HRSD, the successful candidate will work on a critical government implementation project, responsible for tackling complex technical challenges, delivering innovative solutions and making a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Take the lead in delivering and supporting all technical components of complex ServiceNow implementations. Offer expert guidance on ServiceNow architecture, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Guarantee compliance with relevant standards, including FedRAMP and DoD IL-4/IL-5. Collaborate with distributed Agile teams, contributing to key project deliverables such as documentation, testing and training. Build scalable, high-quality solutions leveraging the company's established methodologies. Identify and develop reusable components and innovative approaches to streamline future projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and actively support their internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership initiatives. Skillset Active Secret Security Clearance (or higher). Required certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD. At least five years' hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation. Proven expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) with proficiency in at least one additional ServiceNow module such as IRM, WSD, LSD or ITSM. Strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly within remote or virtual teams. Completion of Legal Services Delivery (LSD) Essentials training, with implementation experience a bonus. Knowledge of enterprise-level service workflows, including areas like contracts, HR issues, privacy, and content review. Additional certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer) are a plus. Advanced skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
