Were looking for a developer with strong Microsoft development experience, flexibility to adapt to different industries and clients, and a proactive approach to delivering solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Your Responsibilities
Lead the development of enterprise-level software solutions, utilizing frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js, or Node.js. Create, test, and maintain APIs and real-time systems using .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server. Mentor and guide team members, establishing coding standards and best practices. Work closely with client IT and business teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Develop detailed design plans and make informed technical decisions to achieve project goals. Technical Requirements
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of professional development experience in enterprise environments. Proficiency in .NET:
Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, Web API, WPF, WCF Services, and SQL Server. Systems Development:
Familiarity with client/server and distributed computing architectures. Modern Web Technologies:
Deep understanding of HTML5, web services, and Single Page Application (SPA) programming models. Other Qualifications:
Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to establish trust and maintain strong working relationships. Proactive communication and responsiveness to ensure client needs are effectively met. A client-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and solutions. Flexibility to adapt to different projects, industries, and technologies.

This role offers a compensation range of $90,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications. Medical insurance with traditional and HDHP options.
