As a marketing executive, you'll work with a cross-functional team to design, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to grow the company's brand and funnel metrics.
Description:
The Professional Services - Kinetic Project Manager is responsible for managing Epicor ERP Implementation by planning, organizing, managing, and delivering client projects effectively and successfully.
Duties & Responsibilities:
End-to-end program or project management, coordinating and monitoring activities of projects and client engagements from inception to project closure.
Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests, and Project Lists) to execute all project activities.
Maintain overall control of project schedule, resources, budget, and scope.
Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements.
Conduct steering committee meetings, internal team meetings, and weekly customer status calls; respond to client requests/questions promptly, escalating issues and recommending solutions.
Interact with members of cross-functional teams; responsible for handling medium-sized projects and large, complex projects.
Strictly adhere to Epicor implementation methodology.
Escalate project issues to senior management when needed.
Requirements
10+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
5+ years of project management and industry experience preferred.
PMP Certification or any similar certification is preferred.
Epicor implementation experience is a plus; however, any other ERP implementation Project Management experience is mandatory.
