We are seeking an Implementation Specialistto join our growing team. This role focuses on requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system implementation of low-code solutions, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, technical requirements, and regulatory considerations. Conduct thorough assessments of client workflows to determine optimal low-code implementation strategies.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client goals. Translate client needs into actionable requirements, ensuring clear documentation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Utilize previous experience in low-code platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, entellitrak, or Tyler Application Platform) to design effective solutions. Configure low-code tools to align with client requirements.
Process Mapping & Data Modeling:
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data models, identifying gaps and areas for optimization. Collaborate with technical teams to design workflows and ensure seamless integration of system components.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, ensuring clarity of requirements and expectations. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to drive successful adoption of new tools and processes. Influence and guide stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Project Delivery & Quality Assurance:
Assist in testing, backlog management, and Agile project coordination, ensuring solutions meet client needs. Support scrum masters and developers by managing backlogs and refining user stories. Conduct system testing to verify functionality, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
Documentation & Knowledge Management:
Maintain detailed documentation of implementation steps, configurations, and client interactions. Develop user guides, training materials, and functional specifications to support adoption.

Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, implementation consulting, or IT project deliverypreferably within public sector or regulatory environments. Proven experience in software or systems implementation, particularly with low-code platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, entellitrak, or Tyler Technologies Application Platform. Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and data models in government and regulatory environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and support adoption of new tools. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and configure platforms based on client requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and backlog management. Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience working in regulatory programs. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, business process automation, and case management systems. Technical experience in SQL, reporting tools, or workflow automation is a plus.
