Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Facilities & Maintenance, support all corporate facilities and equipment, including HVAC, CDA, test gas compressors, high voltage electrical power, high-pressure gas plumbing, and special projects to support the company's growth. Responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing plant and equipment issues across all facilities, determining repair actions, and handling emergency service and repairs as needed. Skills Required

Supervise and coordinate activities of skilled trades workers maintaining equipment, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds. Evaluate problematic systems to determine necessary installation or repair services. Develop work schedules and assign tasks to team members. Expertise in assessing industrial plumbing issues for potable water, cooling water, and wastewater. Advanced troubleshooting skills for high purity gases at ultra-high pressure. Subject Matter Expert in HVAC systems diagnosis and troubleshooting, providing service and repair recommendations. Diagnose issues with high and ultra-high pressure air compressors, N2, and helium compressors, and recommend solutions. Ability to diagnose problems with CNC machines and oversee their installation. Extensive experience in industrial high voltage electrical work, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and installation. Manage procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies. Evaluate worker performance and inspect work for quality and compliance. Interpret and enforce company policies. May supervise ground maintenance and custodial services. Minimum Qualifications

At least 10+ years of experience in facilities support and project management. Expertise in industrial plumbing for potable, cooling, and wastewater systems. Advanced skills in troubleshooting high purity gases at ultra-high pressure. Extensive experience in high voltage electrical work, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and installation. Equipment/Machinery Used

Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems and components. Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods, manual tasks. Additional Information
