The Facilities Gas and Chemical Supervisor leads a multi-disciplinary team of technicians supporting high-volume wafer fabrication. This role involves managing shift operations to meet performance goals, working closely with engineers and managers to ensure process standards and project completion, maintaining safety, and developing staff skills. Responsibilities include:
Managing shift operations and team development. Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with building codes. Coordinating with maintenance and contractor work to optimize service delivery. Monitoring performance indicators and leading root cause analysis for factory disruptions or incidents. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of industry standards, codes, and regulations related to site facilities. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications including email, spreadsheets, and engineering databases. Leadership qualities, independence, and willingness to work overtime and be on-call. Experience, Education, and Training
Bachelors Degree in engineering or management preferred. At least 5 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a large industrial campus. Knowledge of building systems, CMMS, BMS/SCADA, and gas & chemicals distribution systems. Candidates must be willing to work onsite at our Phoenix, Arizona facility.
