Up to 25% JOB SUMMARY
Role will lead the Enterprise Architect efforts for Commercial including eCommerce and work with business and IT leaders to build and deliver technology strategy to deliver growth. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Enterprise Architecture definition and provide architecture assurance for complex, strategic business outcomes. Create the to-be technology footprint, develop solutions roadmap and phased implementation approach to achieve strategic business objectives within eCommerce and commercial functions. Define end-to-end architecture (application and data), design solution and work with eCommerce business for data migrations, integrations and consolidation aligning to core business processes and go-to-market processes. Ensure adherence to EA standards and principles to proposed architecture and solutions. Act as the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Syscos eCommerce and Commercial technology across multiple platforms. Analyze existing technology issues and propose short, mid, and long-term solutions. Evangelize the to-be technology stack with relevant business and technology stakeholders. Evaluate new technologies and create proposals for their adoption based on business goals, investments, benefits, and risks. Work with other Enterprise Architects (including Data, Infrastructure, Supply Chain and Security architects) and Tech Leads to ensure that application and integration architecture aligns with system design guidelines and enterprise architecture standards. Foster innovation and implement creative out-of-the-box ideas by conducting brainstorming sessions, hackathons and other innovation events. Perform impact analysis and risk identification for commercial and eCommerce initiatives, including acquisitions, strategic programs and change initiatives. Transform requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables for strategic initiatives within the assigned functional area. Coach, mentor and guide solution delivery and operations teams to effectively leverage the technology footprint. Lead development of patterns, tools and frameworks to improve security, reliability, maintainability, availability and performance of technical solutions. Experience of adopting/adapting multiple enterprise architectural methodologies and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, Gartner, etc.), relevant industry associations and reference models (e.g., DMBOK, APCQ, etc.). Establish relationships with architects, peers, developers and stakeholder groups within IT and business teams to define and communicate the target architecture, solution design and transformation plans for assigned initiatives. Minimum Educational Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Experience and Skills
15+ years of cumulative work experience. 10+ years of relevant architecture experience. 10+ years of hands-on technical experience. Broad and deep experience in eCommerce, Go to Market, Personalization, Pricing, Customer Experience enhancements processes and related technical solutions. Experience with following systems: AWS cloud services including RDS, Route 53, ALBs, multiple regions, Confluent/Kafka, Apigee, APIs, Datadog. Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies like Amperity and Salesforce Interaction Studio is preferred. Familiarity with application integration technologies. Experience with Agile and DevOps environments strongly preferred. Hands-on experience working with ERPs stack, application and data integration platforms and tools. In-depth data architecture knowledge and experience with an understanding of master/core data management, account/customer data hierarchies, data quality and data migration tools and processes.
