The Child Care Facility System (CCFS) will continue to meet the needs of the Division of Child Care Services (DCCS) with the addition of the Facility Application and Management System (FAMS). DCCS has decided to pursue the development of the CCFS Facility Application and Management System (FAMS), which will be a secure web-based process for applicants seeking authorization to operate OCFS programs. This process will allow users to complete the application online and populate the system(s) of record, namely CCFS. This enhanced website will be built to meet the following requirements:
Validate completion of all information prior to submission.
Allow for enhanced messaging between providers and caseworkers, including email/notices.
Enable general notifications to be sent to providers without mailing costs.
Show profile information.
Automate secure lettering processes.
Work in coordination with a team of developers to write the new Facility Application Management system in ASP.NET MVC.
Collaborate with Business Analysts on analysis and logical design.
Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.
Conduct complex VB.Net coding.
Assist with responding to Day Care data requests.
The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Technical Lead, Project Manager, and Software Architect. The following qualifications are required:
84 months experience developing N-Tier .NET web applications using C#.
48 months experience developing applications utilizing .NET 4.5 or above.
48 months experience developing applications utilizing .NET Core.
48 months experience in design & deployment of complex SQL objects and relational database design.
48 months experience utilizing Model View Controller (MVC).
36 months experience with PL/SQL writing packages, stored procedures, and triggers.
36 months experience with Entity Framework.
36 months experience utilizing jQuery.
Bachelor's degree is required.
