This position can be based in Westlake, TX (Fort Worth) or Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities
Lead and perform engineering design tasks; coordinate with CADD teams to develop plans, specifications, and estimates for bridges, walls, and minor structures (culverts, inlet structures, etc.) for current projects, including Design/Build and new pursuits. Understand technical requirements and apply engineering principles to develop solutions. Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and contract documents. Participate in technical meetings; strategize solutions for complex technical problems. Identify technical differentiators and develop schemes for key project pursuits. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Structural or Civil Engineering (Masters preferred). 5+ years’ experience in structural/bridge engineering design. PE license is required. Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles. Experience with designing various bridge types in concrete and steel, wall systems, and minor structures. Experience with Design-Build or alternative delivery methods is preferred, with an interest in working on such projects. Proficiency with engineering design software (e.g., CSiBridge, MIDAS, PGSuper, Microstation, AutoCAD Civil 3D, InRoads, Openroads Designer). Knowledge of AASHTO LRFD, AISC, ACI, and other North American design codes. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Willingness to travel as required. Other Requirements

Work safely, follow instructions, and adhere to policies. Availability to work during normal hours, with overtime and weekends as needed. Ability to work at various locations with different conditions.
