Utilize technical, communication, and product skills to prepare sales quotations for custom equipment orders and relay information to customers. Develop product designs, generate sales quotations, and handle customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members and sales representatives across departments. Position Responsibilities Create proposals and sales drawings. Serve as the single source customer contact for project-related issues, including project management. Assist sales staff in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs. Manage contractual modifications during projects to ensure profitability. Ensure accuracy of project buyout component lists. Provide technical support and information to sales staff and customers. Prepare accurate pricing quotations based on specifications and documentation. Gather engineering data relevant to specific products. Review engineering drawings, analyze designs, and retrieve information for drawings, layouts, or designs. Learn and utilize in-house engineering design software and manufacturing software for input and monitoring. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant experience. Problem-solving and analytical skills for interpreting sales performance and market trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of technical communication internally and externally. Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment. Independent judgment and experience-based decision-making skills.

Preferred Microsoft Office Suite AutoCAD / 3D applications Microsoft Dynamics (DAX) or similar MRP/ERP system Experience with blueprint and technical document review.
