Machine Learning Researchers (Reinforcement Learning)
at Scientist, Senior Scientist, or Principal Scientist levels. Titles depend on merit and experience. Join our agile team to innovate scientific research! You will train and fine-tune models on scientific data, collaborating across biology, materials science, and automation. We seek a skilled ML professional in reinforcement learning and software engineering. Ready to transform science? Lets talk! Candidates Should Have Experience And/or Interest In Incorporating RL with large language models (LLMs) to improve reasoning, planning, and decision-making. DPO, PPO, and/or RLHF for fine-tuning LLMs. Implementing evaluation frameworks, including custom benchmarks, to test model performance and reliability. Qualifications PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field, with contributions to top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI). Deep expertise in RL, including policy optimization, value-based, or model-based RL. Experience with distributed platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, on-prem clusters). Ability to conduct rigorous experiments, document findings, and improve models based on results. Ideal Experience in multi-agent RL, hierarchical, or offline RL methods. Knowledge of online RL in cost-sensitive settings. Experience with LLM training and fine-tuning at scale.
