Our Pottsville office seeks a licensed PE in Pennsylvania with at least 6 years of experience in bridge design, load rating, and inspection, preferably with PennDOT and PTC. The role involves leading bridge projects, mentoring staff, and collaborating with project teams. Key Responsibilities
Lead engineer on bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects Mentor junior staff and support their growth Prepare and review structural calculations and plans Manage plan and report preparations in accordance with standards Coordinate with project managers and lead design teams Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field PE license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain Minimum of 6 years' experience in bridge design and inspection Experience with PennDOT, PA Turnpike, PTC, or municipalities Strong communication and client relation skills Benefits & Development
