The Situational Awareness Supervisor will oversee functions at the Situational Awareness Communications Center (SACC), supporting the Port Authority's security operations at the World Trade Center. Responsibilities include: Implementing directives and protocols with the SACC Manager Responding to communications and requests Supporting first responders Developing reports and briefing documents Monitoring access control, video management, and situational awareness software Overseeing SACC and SOC operators Minimum Requirements
At least three years in security operations, law enforcement, or related field Bachelor's Degree preferred Familiarity with World Trade Center campus required Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to support First Responders and manage staff Prior experience with security, law enforcement, or intelligence gathering preferred Pass the National Dispatcher Selection Test (NDST) as determined by the PA Manager Veterans
