Delivery Lead at Verigent | IT/Unified Communications Duration: Full-time Pay Rate: $40-45/hr (negotiable based on experience) Summary: Verigent's client is seeking an Avaya Engineer to support one of their end-customers. Responsibilities: Management, maintenance, upgrade, and configuration of Avaya Communication Manager. Collaborate closely with internal voice team and cross-functional resources. Support internal service desk and corporate services for MAC and escalations. Coordinate with carriers and support vendors for problem diagnosis, resolution, and new initiatives. Follow change control processes, execute procedures on systems/networks ensuring no unplanned outages. Recommend solutions and improvements for voice network and systems. Qualifications: Working knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager (release 6.3 or newer). Experience troubleshooting and performing moves, adds, and changes. Ability to effectively communicate with customers to discuss needs and solutions. Strong team player and mentor. Ability to collaborate with project teams and managers as a service provider.
