Position Summary Defines, configures, tests, trains, and supports business-related information technology requirements and systems. Collaborates with Group and Division subject matter experts and vendors, leading or co-leading single technology or regional IT projects with accountability for completing on time, within budget, and meeting expectations. There are five positions available: Order-to-Cash/Finance

areas, supporting Customer Service, Finance, and Operations teams. Procure-to-Pay

areas supporting Sales, Distribution, Materials Management, Warehousing, and Operations teams. Plan-to-Produce

areas supporting Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and Operations. ( Two positions available ) Record-to-Report

areas supporting Sales and Distribution, Materials Management teams. All positions are located in Cary, NC, with a schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Responsibilities Provide SAP configuration and integration expertise with relevant SAP modules (Sales & Distribution, Financial Accounting, Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Controlling). Support SAP ECC6 Eco-System and SAP S/4HANA implementations daily. Develop a deep understanding of business processes to identify and implement IT solutions. Engage with business partners to identify opportunities, ensure strategic alignment, and define roadmaps. Manage and execute projects in business systems and ERP, including requirements gathering, documentation, and validation. Collaborate with users and peers for functional and technical support, resolving complex issues promptly. Lead initiatives, create operational documentation, KPIs, and monitor systems and interfaces. Oversee UAT activities to ensure requirements are met. Conduct training and knowledge transfer, developing user guides, process flow charts, and training materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. At least four years of experience in business function responsibilities and business analysis. Thorough understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules (SD, FI, MM, PP, WM, CO). Knowledge of system integration methods and computing environments. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Ability to lead project teams and manage the systems development lifecycle. Knowledge of SAP module integration.
