Ratcliffe Architects,
a boutique firm located in Baltimore County with a focus on both private commercial and high-end residential projects. Each member of the team is essential to the design process and work on all stages of a project. As a firm we value the strong relationship that develops between our staff and clients. Residential Team Job Description: Licensed/ unlicensed architect responsible for residential projects which include high end new homes, accessory structures, and remodels. Diverse knowledge of architecture practices for a wide range of projects. Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities. Ability to manage architects/technicians during the production of project. Taking a project from start to finish. Experience Requirements: Eight or more years’ experience, licensure not required Bachelor/Master Degree in Architecture from an accredited program Strong Revit experience, rendering ability in Lumion or other programs Coordinates projects with client, consultants and vendors Excellent communication skills internally and externally with clients and design consultants Strong understanding of building codes and materials/construction methods At Ratcliffe Architects we offer our employees competitive salaries, a comfortable work environment and paid vacation, personal days and holidays. Based on experience and responsibilities – $75,000 – $85,000
