Salary:
Dependent on Experience per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and sustain new client relationships, actively contributing to business development and network expansion. Perform comprehensive financial planning for high-net-worth clients, covering areas like investment strategy, tax planning, and estate management. Analyze financial data to craft tailored investment solutions and strategies that align with client goals. Work closely with external specialists, including tax advisors and estate planners, to develop holistic financial solutions for clients. Collaborate with product development teams to enhance the technological tools available to advisors, ensuring state-of-the-art features that meet client needs. Support the organization's growth by engaging in scaling activities, including the recruitment and onboarding of additional wealth advisors. Minimum Position Qualifications: At least 10 years of investment advisory experience. An existing book of business that is actively managed. Certification as an Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65, Series 7 + 66, or equivalent). A strong aptitude for ownership, innovation, and impact in a fast-paced tech-driven environment. Enthusiasm for working within the fintech space, utilizing technology to improve client and advisor interactions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous role within a technology-centric organization. Educational background in an analytical or technical field, preferably a BS or MS. Experience managing clients with assets over $1 million. Specialized knowledge in a key area of financial planning such as tax, estate planning, or stock options. Familiarity with leading financial planning software. Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and adept at problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial matters for diverse audiences. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamically changing environment. Proven track record in effective multi-tasking and prioritization.
