Position Summary... What you'll do

User Discovery : Assess gaps between business expectations and user experience strategies. Leverage trends in user consumption habits to develop or improve interaction design and user experience strategies. Anticipate and mitigate risks during information synthesis and independently arrive at solutions. Analyze data such as web analytics, user surveys, and customer support calls.

Managing Functional Partnerships : Build, maintain, and enhance effective partnerships. Draft valuable information, influence technical outcomes, communicate shared goals, and address partner needs. Collaborate with teams and advise business leaders on strategy. Proactively bring ideas and solutions.

Design Research : Propose hypotheses, guide research processes, verify data reliability, identify gaps, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Influencing and Building Stakeholder Consensus : Communicate clearly in stakeholder meetings, convey complex info, build relationships, influence actions, prepare reports, and respond to feedback.

Driving Customer/Client Needs : Maintain customer relations, create journey touchpoints, and improve processes to enhance customer experience.

Usability Testing and Iteration : Understand testing basics, identify major activities, compile procedures, and explain testing objectives.

Interaction Design : Define and document design details through process flows, site maps, wireframes, and specifications. Use interaction patterns and templates for consistent solutions.

Visual Design : Document design details, perform quality assurance, and contribute to style guides.

Prototyping : Design prototypes using various technologies, develop interactive models, and troubleshoot issues.

General Responsibilities : Apply expertise, support business needs, build relationships, ensure compliance, and promote ethical standards.

What you'll bring Design Skills

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision.

Strong skills in interaction design and information architecture.

Experience with usability testing and user research.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus.
