Job Title: Oracle Certified Functional SME (Finance - EPM PBCS) Responsibilities: Implement and support Oracle Applications. Understand and articulate client's business requirements. Identify gaps in the process and provide solutions. Design and architect solutions across multiple systems and their integration. Manage a team and ensure delivery. Provide subject matter expertise to enable business development efforts. Resolve complex customer escalations. Create and implement innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience as an Oracle Certified Functional SME (Finance - EPM PBCS). Expertise in Fusion PBCS Modules. Experience with AIM/OUM methodologies. At least one Fusion Cloud Implementation covering PBCS is a must. Experience in preparing BR100, MD50, TE020, and other documents (Configuration, To-Be, FD, Test Scripts, etc.). Strong written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of handling integrations with third-party applications. Client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
