Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Software Development experience. Experience in Microsoft technologies: C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET Web Forms, Web API, Web Services, MSSQL and front end Development: JavaScript, CSS. BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline or equivalent work experience. Strong expertise in SQL and database theory, and data analytics. Strong Object-Oriented Programming skills and design patterns. Strong CI/CD and testing practices. Good knowledge and experience with configuration management tools like GitHub. Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Good communication skills and teamwork. Understanding of various SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile. Open-minded and passionate about learning new technologies. Willingness to learn new technologies and leverage them to their optimal potential. Preferred Qualifications React JS app development. Cloud-resident app development. MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solution Developer) certification. MCP (Microsoft Certified Programmer) certification.
