Senior Software Support Engineer - Telematics Location: Newark, CA / Casa Grande, AZ We are currently seeking a Senior Software Support Engineer, Telematics . The Role Troubleshoot, investigate and isolate issues on the Telematics Control Unit. Support manufacturing in Factory and End of Line. Collaborate with Engineering and Validation team to resolve issues. Take ownership of process improvement for issue mitigation. Collaborate with different teams such as Cloud, Powertrain, Data Science etc to realize the project. Qualifications Experience of writing Software in C/C++ & Shell Scripts Experience in debugging and investigating embedded system related issues. Understanding of Circuit Design, & Automotive Wire-Harness is a plus. Understanding of Linux OS Fundamentals and IPC Mechanisms Knowledge of Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS) is a plus Knowledge Diagnostics-over-IP (DoIP) is a plus. Experience with scripting languages/tools and methods to optimize SW development and testing activities. At least 5+ years of industry experience MS/BS minimum in the areas of Computer Science, Computer engineering, Electrical engineering or other related fields or equivalent experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
