He will be the key point of contact for resolving critical production incidents and architecting solutions in integration layers and core product modules (RMS, ReSA, RPM, ReIM), as well as database components. He will drive the design and development for application UI and batch changes, automation framework, and performance improvement initiatives. The candidate will bring best practices for quick identification and modification of process gaps, employing standardized methodologies and reusable artifacts in projects, leveraging prior exposure and expertise in package solutions. Collaboration with other integration and application teams will be essential for triaging business-critical issues impacting multiple applications. The candidate will also drive planned and unplanned infrastructure maintenance activities affecting the applications. Top 3 skills needed: Oracle Retail experience in a client-facing role - RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM (Functional & Technical) Onshore team management and incident management coordination Shell scripting Bonus skills: RIB ODI Upgrade and project management Job title: LOOKING ORACLE RMS LEAD Job summary: Expertise in installation/configuration of Oracle Retail Applications RMS/RPM/ReIM/ReSA/RIB. Attend and contribute to regular project team meetings involving local and remote team members to provide progress updates, discuss issues or challenges, with the objective to ensure successful outcomes of project assignments. Nice to have Oracle RMS V16+ experience in Pro*C, PLSQL, SQL, Java, and shell scripting. Years of Experience: 14-17 Years of Experience Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver the requirements to capture and demonstrate the successful and high-quality development of technical deliverables, which satisfy specified requirements. Work in accordance with defect and issue tracking procedures and systems used to assign tasks, track progress, review quality, and support the SDLC of the client. Assist with work estimation and preliminary requirement analysis. Work within a team structure in accordance with established deliverable dates, in conjunction with onsite, nearshore, and offshore team constructions.
