XLA is seeking a dedicated Functional Analyst to join our team. Salary
$88,000 per year Responsibilities
Serve as a Tier 2 Helpdesk analyst for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST applications, troubleshooting user issues and communicating resolutions. Provide specialized support in Vendor Management, Security/user access, and G-invoicing. Conduct system and regression testing for UFMS and FIRST applications. Perform system analysis for FIRST enhancements, including requirements gathering, collaborating with customers and developers, and testing. Update and maintain user documentation. EEO Statement
