The Security Officer enforces Company Security and Safety Regulations for the Casino/Hotel, ensuring adherence to Gaming Regulations and guest safety through constant surveillance and crowd monitoring. Responsibilities
Prevent and resolve guest altercations. Immediately stop inappropriate behavior professionally. Check guests' IDs to verify age. Enforce capacity regulations. Maintain vigilance for safety of patrons, staff, and property. Accurately report incidents and complete necessary reports. Demonstrate superior customer service and maintain a positive attitude. Create a lively atmosphere, celebrate guest wins, and promote a welcoming environment. Build guest relationships through friendly greetings. Anticipate guest needs and deliver prompt, flawless service. Resolve service issues effectively. Promote Rewards programs and memberships. Thank guests warmly upon departure. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
CPR or AED certification or ability to obtain it. Controlled Force/Handcuffing certification or willingness to complete training. What’s in it for you
