Relationship Manager, Middle Market

The Relationship Manager is responsible for new business development, portfolio management, and underwriting to support the needs of the group. This role focuses on clients with annual revenues typically between $30MM and $500MM. Position Competencies:

Increase the Bank's profitability by cultivating new business relationships. Maintain and develop customer relationships, new business, and periodically review existing loan arrangements. Negotiate appropriate loan structures and promote the Bank's credit and non-credit products. Accept special projects to support the team and community involvement. Maintain knowledge of corporate banking, credit and non-credit products, trust, real estate, treasury management, and other bank functions. Maintain knowledge of accounting, financial principles, marketing, sales, credit analysis, economics, and other related areas. Travel:

Travel is required at least 10% of the time. Position Qualifications:

Vice President, Relationship Manager III, Middle Market

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university Completion of a Commercial Credit Training Program 5 years of commercial lending experience 3 years managing a client portfolio 3 years of financial sales experience Vice President, Relationship Manager IV, Middle Market

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university Completion of a Commercial Credit Training Program 7 years of commercial lending experience 5 years managing a client portfolio 3 years of financial sales experience Work Environment:

Category C - Days in the office will vary from 2-5 days per week. Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Salary:
