Direct Marketing Associate
in the Greater Michigan and Grand Rapids area. This position offers
uncapped commission
and a base pay starting at
$20/hour . Successful candidates can expect to
earn over $80,000 in the first year (OTE) . Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process. Purpose
The role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, accurately recording prospective customer data, and working within designated market areas. An eligible employee may receive a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement. Benefits

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager Transport to and work independently within designated territories, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately Maintain proper appearance and adhere to permit requirements Attend company meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement Master product knowledge and promotional offerings as a Signature Service expert Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with a clean record Minimum age of 21 for insurance coverage Reliable transportation Strong verbal communication skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets Physically capable of standing and walking 3-5 miles daily Culture & Benefits
