What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with data engineers, business analysts, and leadership to define data needs and deliver tailored solutions
Own multiple projects and project timelines to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder requirements
Create dynamic, user-friendly visualizations in Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify complex trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations based on findings
Actively participate in peer review processes to ensure the quality and consistency of the team's work
What is Required (Qualifications):
4+ years of experience in data analysis with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks or similar data intelligence platforms
2+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization software (Power BI is a plus)
Versatility in using programming languages for advanced data analysis and automation (strong SQL skills a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Background in healthcare, insurance, or actuarial fields
Certifications such as Databricks Certified Associate or Power BI certification
Experience with EHR data, Clinical Trials, or other healthcare data
Experience implementing and/or working with embedded BI solutions
Power BI experience demonstrating advanced proficiency in DAX and report automation
