Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid - 3 Days to office)
Skills Required:
Good knowledge and work experience in LWC SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class, Triggers, APIs, implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Good understanding of overall SFDC architecture landscape.
Hands-on work experience with Salesforce.com Platform events and other integration methodologies.
Experience in multiple end-to-end implementations of Salesforce.com.
Understanding in Service Cloud Live Chat Agent Messaging In App and Web configuration.
Good understanding of different Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud.
Good work experience in implementing Salesforce.com specific design patterns.
Implemented best practices to manage large volume data and work within governor limits.
Knowledge/Experience of Agile methodology.
Knowledge in Data Migration using Data Loader.
Knowledge in Flow Builder and Omni Channel routing Rules.
Integration Experience in some of the following:
Batch Integration
Real Time Integration
Rest SOAP
Platform Events
