Sr. National Channel Manager - Telecommunications

SUMMARY
The Sr. National Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a partner base that sells Lingo voice, data, UCaaS, and VoIP products and services. This includes recruiting Value Added Resellers (VARS), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Referral Partners. The role supports the company's strategy and field action plan to grow new sales opportunities and expand market adoption of Lingo's offerings. The manager ensures the partner base meets or exceeds contractual obligations and develops strategic sales plans to meet or surpass sales goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Recruits, manages, and grows a base of independent distributors within a defined geographic territory. Manages and develops relationships with subagents, maintaining high visibility with master agents. Performs regular territory visits to master agents, subagents, VARs, and prospects. Creates and manages teaming events within the territory. Provides sales management and support to meet or exceed growth, revenue, and margin goals. Creates and delivers sales presentations to key clients alongside agents. Actively recruits VARs and Referral partners. Ensures field agents have the necessary tools, processes, and programs for success. Provides ongoing training on Lingo products, services, and processes. Works with subagents to position Lingo solutions effectively for customers. Books and installs new lines and services to meet quotas. Maintains effective communication throughout the organization, fostering teamwork and pride. Engages in industry intelligence and communicates trends to marketing. Represents the company at trade meetings to promote services. Travel required by air or car; must have a valid driver's license and insurance. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university; 5-7 years of successful telecom experience in a Channel Manager role or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce are required. Knowledge of VoIP services, SDWAN, wireless networks, and security is necessary.
