About the Role
As a
Founding Data Solutions Engineer , you speak both
clinical operations
and
data analytics
fluently. Youve been in study meetings, understand protocol deviations and data locks, and now spend your days in
SQL and Python . Youll work directly with biotech clients to turn fragmented clinical data into insights that help finish studies faster. This isnt an internal analytics role. Youll operate in a
client-facing, high-ownership capacity , collaborating directly with biopharma teams at the forefront of biotech innovation. Your work will directly impact trial timelines, regulatory outcomes, and patient access to life-changing therapies. Build data workflows and visualizations for clinical studies using
SQL and Python Translate raw EDC/IRT/RTSM/lab data into
clean, actionable insights Work closely with CEO and engineering team to align product direction with end user workflows Templatize solutions to scale analytics across the biopharma industry Help onboard new studies and support scalable data delivery What you will need to succeed:
Have
clinical trial experience , and now working full-time in a data science/analytics role
Bonus if youve worked on Phase 2/3 clinical trials, whether at a biopharma company, CRO, or research site
Are fluent in
SQL and Python Ability to partner directly with biotech clients and
own deliverables independently Comfort in fast-moving environments where
communication ,
clarity, and execution matter Dont need hand-holding. Youre proactive, ask the right questions, and ship fast Our Culture
