Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced O2C DTM Tribe Lead for SAP S/4HANA project implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementation projects, especially in data migration planning, data management principles, and project management competencies. This role requires the ability to influence without authority and involves collaboration at all levels both locally and globally. This role will be responsible for driving the methodology for data migration execution across P2P and R2R workstreams, coordinating with data migration object owners and IT experts, organizing data migration activities (profiling, mapping, validation), and supporting defect analysis and closure. The candidate will provide visibility on planning, report risks, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Follow data migration methodology and global playbook, understand data migration tools (ETL). Collaborate with Data Migration lead, develop and maintain work plans, and support milestones. Use tracking and reporting tools to monitor progress, communicate roadblocks, and document mitigation plans. Assist data migration object owners and IT experts in data scoping, mapping, and best practices. Coordinate with the team to resolve defects and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Document lessons learned and return on experience. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. Minimum 8+ years of SAP experience and large project implementations. At least 4 full lifecycle SAP data migration projects. 3+ years supporting data migration processes. Experience with Material, Customer, Vendor Master data, and transactional data conversions. Strong understanding of Data Migration Methodology and tools (ETL, Syniti, BODS, MDG). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, global environment. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Experience with agile methodologies and project leadership preferred. Business acumen in retail, supply chain, manufacturing, D2C models. Additional Skills:
Expertise in Microsoft Office, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables). Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Syniti, etc.). Ability to travel internationally, with work visa and passport required. Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus. Travel & Meetings:
Limited international travel, primarily to France at key milestones. Virtual meetings via MS Teams with clear agendas, recaps, actions, owners, and deadlines.
