C3 AI seeks an experienced professional to join our
AI Solution Architecture team (post-sales) . This customer-facing role involves designing, developing, and deploying custom and pre-built enterprise AI applications using the C3 AI Application Platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data analysis and transformation, with a strong solution-oriented mindset and implementation skills. Note:
This role requires US Citizenship. An active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (Secret or higher) is preferred. Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to configure and implement full-stack AI solutions based on functional and performance requirements. Discuss architecture and engineering to showcase the capabilities of the C3 AI Application Platform and its integration with existing systems. Design and implement reference architectures for scalable and reusable solutions. Create specifications, documentation, and contribute to technical procedures and user guides. Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies. Support and monitor production AI application jobs and processes. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to incorporate customer feedback into the product. Qualifications
5+ years of experience (8+ years for Senior AI SA) in system/data integration, development, or enterprise/cloud software implementation. Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and application integration (File, API, Queues, Streams). Hands-on experience with Big Data, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and/or Java. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Strong data modeling skills. Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work across teams. Willingness to travel up to 30%. Preferred Qualifications
TS/SCI Clearance (preferably DoD). Expertise in Postgres, Cassandra. Experience with stream processing frameworks (Kafka, Kinesis). Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift deployments. Experience with DataOps and MLOps in production. Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms. Familiarity with Commercial LLMs, vector databases (e.g., PGVector, FAISS), and AI/ML tools (MLFlow, KubeFlow, AWS SageMaker, Azure MLStudio). Understanding of security concepts related to information, network, and infrastructure security. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
