Customer Support Engineers

In this role, you will: Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and solve technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer sites. Ensure equipment improves customer production, repair system-level problems, represent the company to the customer, and coordinate actions to minimize downtime. Assist Installation Engineers in resolving issues and prepare support activity reports. Build positive relationships with customers, handle return materials authorizations (RMA), and ensure timely and accurate service and repairs. Address critical technical issues with detailed problem statements and collaborate with the system engineering team on-site.

Travel is estimated at 20% after training, with most responsibilities performed in the office or at customer sites supporting projects and initiatives. Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate with 3 years of related experience, or Master's with 6 years, or Bachelor's with 8 years. Base Pay Range: $77,700 - $132,100.
