Job Overview
CGS is seeking a SQL DBA / Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency's technical support initiatives. We value motivated, skilled, and creative individuals who enjoy solving dynamic government problems with cutting-edge technology. We foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth. Key Skills and Responsibilities Processing Electronic Stored Information (ESI) into multiple systems, including file manipulations and conversions. Designing and implementing upgrade plans for litigation support tools, participating in Change Control Board meetings. Leading user acceptance testing, validating software rollouts, and creating scripts and queries to automate workflows. Administering database standards, controls, and procedures. Providing technical consulting for database environment creation and maintenance. Maintaining documentation and developing database dictionaries.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent with five years of relevant experience, including four years in ESI processing or system upgrades. Knowledge of file manipulation, scripting, and eDiscovery tools. Certification in eDiscovery software (e.g., Concordance, Relativity, Clearwell). Willing to achieve Relativity Certified Administrator within 6 months. Experience supporting an eDiscovery platform within a network environment. Experience in system maintenance, upgrades, and administration of databases for at least three years. Familiarity with government network standards and security.
Preferred Qualifications
Over 10 years supporting eDiscovery teams with SQL DBA requirements. Additional certifications or graduate degrees. Experience with technology-assisted review is a plus.
