Responsibilities Provide expert guidance and technical leadership on quality standards, tools, methodologies, and practices. Act as a subject matter expert across ARCs products, technology, and datasets, guiding teams on scope and value delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, and Engineering leads to analyze needs and define quality strategies that reduce risks and align with business goals. Lead quality initiatives across multiple projects, communicating progress effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership. Stay current with automation tools, emerging technologies, and best practices. Lead the development of new tools, datasets, and process improvements to increase efficiency and agility. Review test documentation, automation scripts, and training materials. Lead continuous improvement of quality content. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math; Masters preferred. At least 15 years of experience as a Software Quality Engineer, with 7+ years in leadership roles. Extensive experience in automation frameworks, performance testing, and metrics. Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD processes. Expertise in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright. Experience with setting up TCoE, defining and promoting best practices. Knowledge of test case management, data verification, and report testing. Experience testing in Cloud environments, preferably AWS. Programming skills in Java/Python, JavaScript, or Ruby. Strong SQL and database query skills. Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. Leadership experience managing multiple onshore/offshore teams. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
