NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a System Administrator to support a Federal Agency. This role is located 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX. Candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance. Key Responsibilities Deploy, sustain, and troubleshoot server operating systems and related infrastructure software and hardware. Administer the day-to-day integrity, security, and availability of infrastructure platforms. Perform daily system backups, monitor performance, analyze capacity, and maintain the security posture of infrastructure systems. Create standard operating procedures, maintenance guides, and knowledge base articles for infrastructure upkeep. Perform primary server administration for Automated Call Distribution (ACD) systems, ensuring system integrity by applying patches and hardening according to the policies. Maintain and update a database of call tree menus, call flow processes, and ACD agent assets by location, collaborating with the Governments ACD vendor to stay current with updates and releases. Troubleshoot and resolve ACD system issues to ensure optimal uptime. Provide monthly reports of completed tasks and work orders to the government lead, maintaining accountability of all ACD-related property inventory. Develop a Bill of Materials (BOM) for each work order, detailing item descriptions, part numbers, quantities, unit prices, and total costs. Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Certifications Four (4) years of progressive experience in required proficiency. Bachelors degree and/or equivalency. Candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance. IAT II certification (DoD 8570.01-M compliant). (CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CySA+ **) CE: Associate (professional preferred) level certificate. Ability to work 100% onsite in Fort Sam Houston, TX. Preferred Qualifications and Certifications Previous Federal Consulting Experience. Additional certifications in systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies. Experience with advanced monitoring tools and performance analysis. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for infrastructure platforms. About Us
