Physician for our Medical Director role in Urgent Care . This physician would oversee 3 clinics in Northern Louisiana. Healthcare finance and reimbursement: Basic understanding of profitability, coding, and billing cycles. Project Planning and execution: Able to develop straightforward project plans and timelines. Strategy Development within Ochsners system: Able to set, track, and achieve local goals; understanding of the operating calendar and related activities. System Leadership: Basic knowledge of potential synergies across the System.
