Overview The Administrative Assistant provides critical support to the Director of Strategic Operations in a non-customer-facing capacity. This role focuses on tracking, recording, and supporting infrastructural functions related to designated Strategic Accounts. Key Responsibilities Create and process purchase orders Receive POs in ERP system Prepare daily shipment paperwork Record daily inbound receipts Generate daily status reports on missing and projected demands Maintain organized digital and physical transaction files Create weekly billing summaries Process billing across two ERP systems Manage inventory levels of infrastructural items, including periodic counts Assist with light production-related tasks as needed Perform basic data mining and reporting Qualifications Proven attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently Comfortable operating in both office and light production settings Position is part time and required to be in the office.
