Number of Beds : 14 Patient Ratios : 1:6 or 7 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : If two nurses then two techs. One tech with 3 nurses
Type of equipment : Normal nursing equipment, hoyer
Documentation system: Meditech
Scheduling requirements: self scheduling. Will work with candidate to get days in a row if needed
Floating policy: Floats to M/S if needed
Patient Experience requirements: M/S preferable or rehab experience
Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set: Rehab experience, transfers, general M/S skills
Must have
: BLS
Advanced skills needed: Trach desired but not necessary
Procedures performed on unit:
wound care
Certifications Required: CRRN preferred but not necessary
Dress Code
