Mechanical Systems Technician Lead , you'll engage in the installation and calibration of critical machinery, empowering the plant to reach its production adeptness. As a mentor, innovator, and problem solver, you'll be at the forefront of operational efficiency and safety. Responsibilities Include

Oversee the meticulous setup, installation, and calibration of sophisticated equipment, ensuring flawless operation according to production standards. Monitor quality through detailed inspections and tweak processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Engage with engineering and production departments to finetune machines for specialized production. Implement troubleshooting solutions for advanced technical equipment issues. Preemptively test and inspect equipment to nullify potential disruptions. Operationalize preventative maintenance strategies to enhance machine lifespan and efficiency. Analyze engineering blueprints and specifications for production optimization. Facilitate the safe and efficient deployment of industrial equipment during setup and production phases. Strictly follow and enforce safety compliance standards during operations. Take on additional roles as required to support plant objectives. Qualifications

Necessities: A High School Diploma A minimum of 3 years in a plastic injection molding plant specializing in equipment setup and basic maintenance. Familiarity with powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Added Value: 2-year technical degree or equivalent professional experience. Certifications in industrial technology or mechanical systems accepted. Having a powered industrial equipment certification is advantageous. Competency Checklist
