About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investment and Asset Management to lead the end-to-end investment lifecycle, with a focus on capital strategy, fundraising, and portfolio value creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for corporate finance initiatives, including capital structure planning, financial modeling, and budgeting. They will also design and execute fundraising strategies, manage multi-asset portfolios, and ensure robust risk and financial asset management frameworks are in place. Key responsibilities for this role include leading a high-performing team, maintaining relationships with capital providers, and overseeing post-investment value creation plans. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise, and a deep understanding of capital markets instruments.

Applicants for the Vice President of Investment and Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree and professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, CAIA, or FRM being highly valued. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, asset management, or investment banking is required, along with a proven track record in capital raising, portfolio optimization, and risk management. The role also requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead complex deals and present to Investment Committees and Boards.
