About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff (CoS) to join their mission of redefining aging in place. The CoS will be a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership, driving cross-functional initiatives, improving organizational efficiency, and ensuring alignment across departments. This role is pivotal in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the annual and quarterly planning processes, partnering with functional leaders to define goals, and identifying and implementing scalable enterprise processes. The CoS will also support the CEO and leadership team in investor and board engagement, and ensure the organization operates with focus and clarity.

Candidates for the CoS position should have 5-7 years' of experience, preferably in early-stage, high-growth healthcare startups, with a background in management consulting, strategic operations, or business operations. A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory environments and operational complexity, is essential. The role requires strong writing and communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate will be able to influence across all levels of the organization, build strong relationships, and navigate complex corporate structures. Experience in company planning, OKRs/KPIs, and operational reporting is a must, and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. The CoS will also be involved in internal communications, and culture, and will lead thought leadership on prevalent healthcare topics.
