Assistant Dean for Student Success and Outreach . This position plays a critical role in advancing the college’s mission by supporting undergraduate student success, recruitment, and retention.
The Assistant Dean will:
Work closely with the Dean, Associate Deans, and Department Heads to lead and coordinate a wide range of initiatives, including recruitment and retention efforts, student engagement, program assessment, strategic communications, and the administration of college scholarships and awards.
This role requires a strong commitment to student development, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build relationships across departments and programs.
