Arkansas State University-Mountain Home seeks applicants for Executive Vice Chancellor.
The Executive Vice Chancellor serves as both the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) and Chief Student Affairs Officer (CSAO) of Arkansas State UniversityMountain Home. Reporting directly to the Chancellor, this key leadership position is responsible for the strategic direction, oversight, and integration of all academic programs and student affairs operations. The Executive Vice Chancellor ensures that academic excellence, student success, workforce alignment, and broad access for all students are at the core of the institutions mission to transform lives through education and community engagement. This position serves as a key liaison among faculty, staff, students, and the Chancellor, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments.
This position requires a Doctorate from a regionally accredited institution and at least 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; at least five years of progressively responsible leadership in higher education, with experience in both academic and student affairs; and proven success in academic program development, student-centered initiatives, and institutional planning Compensation includes an annual salary commensurate with background and experience, and a comprehensive benefits and leave package.
